Let's be honest,
how often do you palpate your breasts?
We want to create awareness for regular breast palpation. If we palpate our breasts regularly, we can notice changes early on. That's why it's so important to take care of our breasts and have them checked regularly by a gynecologist.
In our Boobie Self Check, we show you how to palpate your breasts at home. Of course, you can carry out the self-check completely independently of our products.
Self Check
is Self Care!
The Boobie Self Check can be carried out regularly by yourself and is used to detect changes at an early stage. Of course, the Self Check does not replace regular check-ups by your gynecologist!
Our tip: Integrate the breast scan into your care routine! Check each of the four steps to see if you can feel any hardening or changes:
1. observe
Take a close look at your breasts in the mirror. Of course, they won't look identical, but look for any noticeable changes in size or shape.
2. palpation
Palpate your breasts in a circular motion, first up and down and then clockwise. Apply a little pressure with your fingers.
3. move
Raise your arms upwards one after the other. Your breasts should move slightly with you. Then feel your armpits.
4. squeeze
Examine your nipples by gently squeezing them with your fingers. It should not hurt and should not leak any fluid.
Take care!
Can you feel hardening or recognize changes? Don't panic, not every abnormality has to mean something bad. However, make an appointment with your gynecologistimmediatelyto have the abnormalities examined.
Of course, you don't need any special products to scan your breasts regularly. You can also do the Boobie Self Check at any time outside of your care routine - we just want to encourage you to give your breasts regular love and attention!
