juno&me stands for female care that supports women through every stage of life: intimate care, body care, shaving and face. Our community is called the Self-Love Club. It talks openly about topics many prefer to keep quiet.

We are looking for you to join this community. You shape our channels, talk to our customers every day and turn ideas into content that lands.

Your tasks

• Community management: You reply to comments and direct messages on Instagram and TikTok and keep the Self-Love Club conversation alive.
• Social media and content creation: You plan and produce posts for our channels, from idea to publication.
• Reels, stories and UGC: You produce short videos and stories and edit content from our community and creators.
• Creator and community communication: You look after creators from the first request to the finished content.
• Tools: You work with Canva, CapCut and AI tools every day.
• Optional: You support the team with brand projects and purchasing.

Your profile

• You are enrolled at a university and eligible for working student status in Germany.
• You know Instagram and TikTok from hands-on work, for example your own channel, university projects or an internship.
• You edit videos in CapCut and design graphics in Canva.
• You write confidently and empathetically in German. Good English completes your profile.
• You talk about intimate care, bodies and self-love openly and respectfully.
• You work independently and reliably and bring your own ideas.

What to expect
