Questions about the Me-Time subscription

With our Me-Time subscription, your favourite products are delivered to your door automatically, without you having to think about it.

You choose your preferred interval (30, 60 or 90 days) and your favourite products are delivered automatically at the time you selected. Before every payment, you receive a reminder email from us. Subscription deliveries to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands ship free of charge.

Your saving depends on the delivery interval you choose: every 30 days you save 15%, every 60 days 12% and every 90 days 10%. The discount applies permanently to every subscription delivery.

You can manage your subscription yourself, via the personal link in every reminder and order confirmation email and via your customer portal. There you can update your payment details, change your delivery address, adjust the delivery interval, skip or bring forward your next delivery, and pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Open the link to your customer portal, select the subscription and click “Cancel subscription”. Your cancellation takes effect immediately: there will be no further payment and no further delivery.

Yes. If you don't need your next delivery, you can skip it in your customer portal or move it to another date. The delivery after that then arrives on your regular date.

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time, for as long as you like. As soon as you are ready to continue, simply reactivate it in your customer portal.

In your customer portal you can update your saved details at any time under “Payment methods”. Ideally, do this in good time before the next payment so that everything runs smoothly.

No need to worry: your order stays reserved for you. As soon as the product is back in stock, your delivery is sent automatically. If the wait is longer, we will of course keep you updated by email.

If a payment does not go through (for example because your card has expired), we will let you know by email and give you the option to update your payment details. Only then will we resume your delivery.

We are always here for you with any questions about your subscription. Just email us at hello@junoandme.de and our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help.

Skincare products

All juno&me products are vegan. Vegan means that no ingredients of animal origin are used.

Of course, our products are also not tested on animals. Good to know: animal testing has been banned in the EU since 2013.

You can also find juno&me on the PETA list, which lists companies that actively oppose animal testing.

The quality of our products is our top priority. That is why all skincare products are made in Germany to the highest quality standards. We also pay attention to high quality and short supply routes for the individual ingredients, sourcing them as close to home as possible.

The natural origin content of our products is very important to us. They have been tested for tolerability and approved in line with EU regulations. The formulas have also been dermatologically tested and rated 100% safe for normal skin and free from irritating and questionable ingredients. If you have allergies, we recommend testing the products on the inside of your elbow before use.

We recommend testing the product on the inside of your elbow before use. Make sure you do not try it on irritated or broken skin. Watch your skin closely. If no redness, itching, spots or similar irritation appears within 24 hours, you can use the products without concern.

The female intimate area has a natural acid mantle, known as the intimate flora.

It consists of various microorganisms that protect the vagina from the spread of pathogens. These microorganisms create an acidic pH of around < 5.0, which differs from the pH of the rest of our skin (around 5.5). That is why it is important to match intimate care to this pH to help prevent irritation. The juno&me intimate care products were developed specifically for the intimate area and are perfectly suited to the vulva. In addition, the intimate care products are enriched with special active ingredients (including lactic acid) to support the protective function of the intimate flora.

Our products were developed specifically for use in the bikini area, meaning your vulva. The vulva is your external intimate area, which includes the mons pubis and the labia. The internal intimate area, the vagina, is self-cleaning and does not need any additional care products.

Period products

A period panty is underwear that you can wear during your period and that absorbs menstrual blood thanks to an absorbent lining. This means you don't need tampons or pads and can still get through your period leak-free.

Just like normal underwear, you wash your period panty after every use. It is especially important to rinse it first with cold water straight after use until the water runs clear. You can then wash it in the machine at 30° with other clothes as usual.

Depending on how heavy your flow is, you can wear the panty for up to 8 hours, the Ultra model for up to 10 hours. If your flow varies and is hard to judge, simply check the panty more often and change it earlier rather than later.

You can wash the panty in the washing machine at 30° without any problem, together with other clothes. Before that, be sure to rinse it with cold water until the water runs clear. Please do not wash it above 30° and do not iron it, as the special lining cannot withstand high heat!

Of course. Simply wash it as usual with the rest of your underwear or other clothes at 30°. It is important to rinse it thoroughly by hand with water beforehand.

Our absorbent lining consists of 5 thin and highly effective layers:

Layer 1: 100% cotton

Layer 2: 80% polyester and 20% nylon

Layer 3: 80% polyester and 20% nylon

Layer 4: 100% polyester TPU

Layer 5: 91% nylon and 9% spandex

Period underwear is very durable and therefore highly sustainable. With regular use and the right care, you can use the panty for around 2–3 years.

No. The period panty fully replaces disposable products and easily holds the liquid of several tampons. If you are unsure or are trying the panty for the first time, you can also wear it as a back-up with a tampon, a liner or a menstrual cup to feel more secure.

That depends on the absorbency of your model:

Light (Seamless String, Ribbed Cotton String): absorbs as much as 1 regular tampon, ideal for light days and as a replacement for panty liners
Medium (Comfy Slip, Seamless Slip, Leo Seamless Slip): absorbs as much as up to 3 tampons
Medium (Cheeky Lace Slip): absorbs as much as up to 2 tampons
Ultra (Statement High Waist): for very heavy days, with a reinforced lining

You will find more detailed information on absorbency on each product page.

Period underwear is no less hygienic than tampons or pads. In fact, it is even safer and counteracts toxic shock syndrome (TSS), as the blood can flow out more easily and you don't have to insert any 'foreign objects'. (The absorbent layers of the lining also support an antibacterial function to minimise the spread of bacteria and odours.)

The use of silver chloride and other biocides is highly controversial in general and especially in period underwear. These chemical additives are said to prevent the formation and growth of germs, but they can also affect the skin's microbiome. As contact with the mucous membranes in the intimate area cannot be ruled out when wearing period underwear, our vaginal flora can also be affected and thrown off balance. Biocides also have a certain allergy potential, although this has not yet been sufficiently proven. In addition, biocides can be released from the layers when the period underwear is washed, which can weaken the panty's antibacterial function and also have a negative impact on aquatic organisms.

On average, 5–7 panties per cycle should be more than enough. This of course depends on how heavy your flow is and how many days your period lasts. You can also start with 3–4 panties and wash them straight after use to get a feel for how often you need to change the panty.
