A gentle massage creates a soft, creamy texture that is ideal for intimate shaving and is adapted to the pH value of the external intimate area. The lightly foaming gel allows the razor blade to glide gently over the skin so that razor burn and razor bumps don't stand a chance. For skin in balance and a silky-smooth feeling.
Apply to the outer genital area (the area where hair still grows) with warm water and massage in gently. Lather up with circular movements and simply use for shaving after cleansing. Rinse off with warm water after shaving.

What is the pH value of the 2in1 Intimate Wash & Shave Gel?
The Intimate 2in1 Wash & Shave was specially developed for use in the external genital area and therefore has a pH value of ~ 5.0. This means that the 2in1 Intimate Wash & Shave Gel is optimally adapted for use in the external genital area and is 100% vulva-friendly.
Where exactly in the intimate area do I use the intimate care products?
Our products have been specially developed for use in the outer intimate area, i.e. your vulva. The vulva is the outer part of the vagina, including the mons veneris and the labia. The inner intimate area, i.e. the vagina, is self-cleansing and does not require any other care products.
Why does the wash gel contain perfume?
The surfactants contained in our 2in1 Wash & Shave Gel are purely plant-based and therefore particularly kind to the skin, but have a very unpleasant odor of their own. That's why we use a very small amount of perfume, so that this inherent odor is masked and our customers can also enjoy the scent of the gel. In general, the 2in1 Wash & Shave Gel is only intended for use in the external intimate area, i.e. for use on the vulva and NOT in the vagina, i.e. the 2in1 Wash & Shave Gel does not come into contact with the mucous membranes and is therefore safe to use.

Du wählst dein Wunschintervall (30, 60 oder 90 Tage) und deine Lieblingsprodukte werden dir automatisch zum ausgewählten Zeitpunkt geliefert. Vor jeder Abbuchung erhältst du eine Erinnerungsmail von uns.
Wie viel Rabatt bekomme ich?
Dein Preisvorteil hängt vom gewählten Lieferintervall ab: alle 30 Tage sparst du 15%, alle 60 Tage 12% und alle 90 Tage 10%. Der Rabatt gilt dauerhaft auf jede Abo-Lieferung.
Gibt es eine Mindestlaufzeit?
Ja. Da du dauerhaft von unseren vergünstigten Abo-Preisen profitierst, gilt eine Mindestlaufzeit von zwei Lieferintervallen. Nach der zweiten Lieferung kannst du dein Abo jederzeit selbstständig kündigen, pausieren oder anpassen.
Wie verwalte ich mein Abo?
Du kannst dein Abo ganz einfach selbst verwalten, über deinen persönlichen Link, den du in jeder Erinnerungs- und Bestellbestätigungsmail findest, sowie über dein Kundenportal. Dort kannst du jederzeit deine Zahlungsdaten aktualisieren, deine Lieferadresse ändern, das Lieferintervall anpassen, die nächste Lieferung überspringen oder vorziehen, dein Abo pausieren oder kündigen.
Wie kündige ich mein Abo?
Nach Ablauf der Mindestlaufzeit (zwei Lieferungen) kannst du dein Abo jederzeit kündigen. Öffne dazu den Link zu deinem Kundenportal, wähle das entsprechende Abo aus und klicke auf „Abo kündigen“. Deine Kündigung ist sofort wirksam, es erfolgt keine weitere Abbuchung und keine weitere Lieferung.
Kann ich eine einzelne Lieferung überspringen oder verschieben?
Ja. Wenn du deine nächste Lieferung nicht brauchst, kannst du sie in deinem Kundenportal ganz einfach überspringen oder auf ein anderes Datum verschieben. Die übernächste Lieferung erfolgt dann zu deinem regulären Termin.
Kann ich mein Abo pausieren?
Ja. Du kannst dein Abo jederzeit pausieren, für so lange, wie du möchtest. Sobald du bereit bist weiterzumachen, aktivierst du es in deinem Kundenportal einfach wieder.
Wie ändere ich meine Zahlungsdaten?
In deinem Kundenportal kannst du unter „Zahlungsmethoden“ deine hinterlegten Daten jederzeit aktualisieren. Am besten machst du das rechtzeitig vor der nächsten Abbuchung, damit alles reibungslos läuft.
Was passiert, wenn ein Produkt aus meinem Abo ausverkauft ist?
Kein Grund zur Sorge, deine Bestellung bleibt für dich reserviert. Sobald das Produkt wieder verfügbar ist, geht deine Lieferung automatisch raus. Bei längeren Wartezeiten informieren wir dich natürlich per E-Mail über den aktuellen Stand.
Was passiert, wenn eine Abbuchung fehlschlägt?
Falls eine Zahlung nicht durchgeht (zum Beispiel, weil deine Karte abgelaufen ist), informieren wir dich per E-Mail und geben dir die Möglichkeit, deine Zahlungsdaten zu aktualisieren. Erst danach setzen wir deine Lieferung fort.
