Application & care
For optimal results with our shaving oil, it needs to be used correctly. Before shaving moisten your skin with warm water first. Depending on the area of the body, massage 2-3 pumps of the Body Shaving Oil into damp skin and leave it on for a few seconds to soften the hairs. Then you can shave as usual. Make sure to regularly remove hairs from your razor for optimal results.

Why should I use shaving oil instead of foam?
Compared to thick shaving foam, shaving oil lets you see exactly where you are shaving, so you can shave very well even on particularly tricky areas of the body. In addition, the oil lets the razor blade glide particularly gently over your skin and thus helps prevent shaving injuries. This makes the shaving oil ideal for women with sensitive skin too
Can the shaving oil clog my razor blades?
It is important to rinse the blade regularly while shaving, as hairs and product residue naturally collect in the blade and can 'clog' it. It is best to rinse the blade with warm water after every stroke. This way, shaving with our shaving oil is easy and pleasant.
Is shaving oil suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our shaving oil contains nourishing ingredients that protect and soothe your skin while you shave. It is specially developed for sensitive skin and reduces the risk of skin irritation and razor burn.
Does the shaving oil make the skin greasy or leave residue?
Our shaving oil absorbs quickly after shaving and leaves no greasy feeling. It cares for the skin intensively and ensures a supple and pleasant skin feel. This makes it ideal for skin care after shaving.
Subscription
How does the subscription work?
With our Me-Time subscription, your favourite products are delivered to your home automatically, without you having to think about it.
You choose your preferred interval (30, 60 or 90 days) and your favourite products are delivered automatically at the time you selected. Before every payment we send you a reminder email.
How much discount do I get?
Your saving depends on the delivery interval you choose: every 30 days you save 15%, every 60 days 12% and every 90 days 10%. The discount applies permanently to every subscription delivery.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Because you benefit permanently from our reduced subscription prices, there is a minimum term of two delivery intervals. After the second delivery you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription yourself at any time.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription yourself, using the personal link in every reminder and order confirmation email, and in your customer portal. There you can update your payment details, change your delivery address, adjust the delivery interval, skip or bring forward the next delivery, and pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once the minimum term (two deliveries) has ended, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Open the link to your customer portal, select the subscription and click “Cancel subscription”. Your cancellation takes effect immediately, with no further payment and no further delivery.
Can I skip or postpone a single delivery?
Yes. If you don't need your next delivery, you can easily skip it or move it to another date in your customer portal. The delivery after that then follows on your regular date.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time, for as long as you like. As soon as you are ready to continue, simply reactivate it in your customer portal.
How do I change my payment details?
In your customer portal you can update your saved details under “Payment methods” at any time. It is best to do this in good time before the next payment so that everything runs smoothly.
What happens if a product in my subscription is sold out?
No need to worry, your order stays reserved for you. As soon as the product is available again, your delivery goes out automatically. If there is a longer wait, we will of course keep you updated by email.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment does not go through (for example because your card has expired), we will let you know by email and give you the chance to update your payment details. Only then do we continue your delivery.
