Step 1: exfoliate with the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub.

How should you care for your skin after shaving?
Our guide to skin care after shaving explains what your skin needs. If bumps do appear, treating razor bumps explains what you can do.
Step 1, exfoliation: Use the scrub from the shaving set to prepare for body shaving. Use the scrub 1 to 3 times a week. Apply the scrub to the desired areas of the body in circular movements with a little water to cleanse the skin thoroughly. If needed, leave the scrub on for a few minutes to intensify the exfoliating effect (this way it acts as a cleansing mask for blemishes on the body). Then rinse off with warm water.
Step 2, shaving: For body shaving, massage 2 to 3 pumps of the Body Shaving Oil into damp skin, depending on the area of the body, and shave as usual. Before shaving, leave the Body Shaving Oil on for a few seconds to soften the hairs. Rinse hairs off your razor regularly. After shaving, rinse the skin with warm water.
Step 3, care: Warm the dry oil in the palms of your hands or apply it directly to the desired area of your body. Work it gently into your skin in circular movements. Experience the pleasantly light texture of the body dry oil and the silky-soft feel as the oil melts into your skin.
Use at least SPF 30 if you go into the sun after exfoliating. Avoid exfoliating immediately before and after intensive sunbathing, as this can irritate the skin too much.

In 3 steps, with the scrub 1 to 3 times a week. First apply the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub with a little water in circular movements and rinse it off. Then massage 2 to 3 pumps of Body Shaving Oil into damp skin and shave as usual. Finally, work the Dry Touch Body Oil gently into your skin.
Does the Body Crush Trio help with razor bumps and ingrown hairs?
Yes. The 2in1 AHA Body Scrub combines mechanical and chemical exfoliation against razor bumps and ingrown hairs. The Body Shaving Oil helps against razor bumps and razor burn.
How does a chemical peel differ from a mechanical one?
Mechanical exfoliants usually contain fine granules made from various raw materials, such as fruit stones, salts or bamboo granules, which are rubbed onto the skin during application, creating an exfoliating effect. Chemical exfoliants, on the other hand, use various acids (AHA, BHA & PHA) and can therefore penetrate deeper into the skin to remove dead cells. The 2in1 AHA Body Scrub contains both fine exfoliating particles from natural volcanic rock and two different AHA acids that also remove dead skin cells. Tip: If you leave the scrub on and use it as a body mask, the AHA acids can penetrate deeper into the skin layers and thus develop their full effect.
Why should I use shaving oil instead of foam?
When using shaving oil, compared to thick shaving foam, you can see exactly where you are shaving and can also shave very well on particularly tricky areas of the body. In addition, the oil lets the razor blade glide particularly gently over your skin and thus helps to prevent shaving injuries. This makes the shaving oil ideal for women with sensitive skin too.
