The Incontinence Panty – Medium supports you in all situations and gives you an active and self-determined everyday life, without restrictions.
It is the ideal replacement for annoying disposable products, absorbs up to 100ml of liquid and is also super sustainable. Reusable several times and environmentally friendly , with a lifespan of 2 to 3 years, it is suitable for machine washing. The timeless and modern look of the panty is also discreet and flattering on every body type.
Feels drier than pads or liners, but is just as absorbent! Our special 5-layer Smart Dry Technology completely absorbs liquid and locks it in the core of the absorbent layers. The last layer acts as additional leak protection so you feel safe and dry all day long. The layers are soft and thin, but particularly effective.
Its absorbent insert reaches up to the waistband at the front and back and thus offers you full protection even when sitting and lying down.
Reusable and environmentally friendly, the incontinence underwear is a complete replacement for disposable hygiene products and therefore super sustainable!
Our panties are manufactured according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and are 'medically tested (German label: medizinisch geprüft)' by an independent institute ¹. We do not use biocides or silver chlorides in order not to affect your intimate flora - hygienic, low-odour and leak-proof.

Application & care
Before using it for the first time, you should wash your new panty at 30°.
If you change your panty during the day and cannot rinse it out straight away, simply put it in your Smart Dry Wet Bag, taking out a fresh panty beforehand. The matching Smart Dry Wet Bag is just as leak-proof as the panty and can easily be kept in your handbag. No odours, no moisture seeping through!
The Medium model absorbs up to 50 ml - 100 ml of liquid and is suitable for light
bladder weakness.
How to wash your panty:
RINSE OUT COLD
After use, you should rinse the panty thoroughly with
cold water as soon as possible.
MACHINE WASH
After that, you can wash it as usual in the washing machine at 40 degrees.
But please without bleach or fabric softener.
AIR DRY
Then hang your panty up to air dry. Please do NOT put it in the
tumble dryer or iron it, as this can impair its absorbency.
REUSE
Now your panty is ready for action again and ready to rock the next
day with you!
Note: Washing at 30-40 degrees is completely sufficient to wash all bacteria out of the
underwear and to extend its lifespan.

Our Incontinence Panty features the innovative 5-Layer Smart Dry Technology. 5 super absorbent layers ensure an all-round dry feeling:
The 1st layer is breathable and kind to the skin and ensures that the liquid
is fully absorbed. This makes the absorbent gusset feel
soft and dry on the skin. Cotton is naturally very absorbent.
The 2nd and 3rd layers absorb the liquid and lock it in without odour. The liquid is channelled along the fibre structure into the core and held there.
The 4th layer forms an additional, water-repellent TPU membrane between the gusset and the main material of the panty, is breathable, absolutely leak-proof and guarantees a dry feel. The 5th layer, together with the main material of the panty, offers maximum wearing comfort and is also super soft and kind to the skin.
