The trio by juno&me combines three products from our body care range that build on each other: the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub, the Clarifying Body Wash and the Clarifying Body Lotion. AHA and BHA clarify the pores, remove dead skin cells and support a more even complexion.
Step 1: exfoliate with the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub.
The scrub combines mechanical exfoliating particles with AHA fruit acids and removes dead skin flakes, keratinisation and excess sebum. The skin is intensively smoothed and prepared for care. Especially for rough skin, clogged pores, razor bumps and ingrown hairs, it supports a visibly more even complexion. Niacinamide helps regulate sebum production. Use: 1 to 2 times a week.
Step 2: cleanse with the Clarifying Body Wash.
Clarifying shower gel with AHA (glycolic acid) and BHA (salicylic acid). Cleanses the pores, removes dead skin cells and regulates sebum production. With zinc, niacinamide and allantoin, works antibacterially and inhibits acne bacteria. 90% confirm a clearer complexion and an effective reduction of blemishes.* Use: daily.
Step 3: balance with the Clarifying Body Lotion.
The pH-skin-neutral lotion with BHA, manuka oil, pepper and magnolia extract inhibits acne bacteria, reduces sebum and blackheads and prevents new blemishes. The AHA complex of five acids provides a long-lasting smooth skin feel. Shea butter and almond oil nourish without weighing the skin down. 80% confirm a reduction of body acne, 100% a clearer complexion.* Use: daily after showering.

Step 1, exfoliate: 2in1 AHA Body Scrub. Apply to damp skin 1 to 2 times a week, massage in gently with circular movements, rinse thoroughly. On scrub days, the scrub comes before the Body Wash.
Step 2, cleanse: Clarifying Body Wash. Apply daily in the shower to the affected areas, massage in briefly, leave on for at least 30 seconds, rinse thoroughly. A back brush helps for the back.
Step 3, balance: Clarifying Body Lotion. After showering, apply to dry skin and massage in gently. Especially on areas prone to blemishes: bum, back, décolleté, shoulders, upper arms.
Notes: Avoid contact with the eyes. For external use only. AHA and BHA make the skin more sensitive to light, use sun protection on treated areas during the day. For very sensitive skin, start with one scrub per week.

What is the Clarifying Body Trio and what is included in the set?
The Clarifying Body Trio by juno&me is a 3-step routine against pimples, body acne and blemishes on the body. Which body areas is the trio suitable for?
For the bum, back, décolleté, shoulders, upper arms and thighs. In other words, all areas where pimples, body acne, clogged pores or rough skin appear. The products are not developed for the face.
How do I use the three products and in which order?
Step 1: 2in1 AHA Body Scrub 1 to 2 times a week on damp skin, massage in, rinse off. Step 2: Clarifying Body Wash daily in the shower, leave on briefly. Step 3: Clarifying Body Lotion after showering on dry skin. On scrub days, the scrub comes before the Body Wash.
How often should I use the AHA Body Scrub?
1 to 2 times a week. For very sensitive skin, start with once a week. Body Wash and Body Lotion are made for daily use.
When will I see first results?
With regular use, users report visibly clearer skin within 4 weeks. In the user study, 90% confirmed a reduction of blemishes with the Body Wash and 80% with the Body Lotion.* The skin renews itself in cycles of about four weeks.
Why do AHA and BHA help against pimples on the body?
BHA (salicylic acid) is oil-soluble and cleanses the pores from the inside. AHA (glycolic acid and fruit acids) dissolves dead skin cells on the surface. Together they unclog pores, regulate sebum production and smooth the complexion. Zinc, niacinamide and allantoin work antibacterially, inhibit acne bacteria and soothe the skin.
Does the Clarifying Body Trio help with pimples on the bum?
Yes, pimples on the bum are the most common use case. They are caused by friction, sweat, tight clothing, long sitting and hormonal fluctuations. The Body Wash cleanses the pores, the lotion balances sebum production, the scrub dissolves keratinisation. Add loose cotton underwear and shower soon after sport. Does the trio help with pimples on the back and shoulders?
Yes. Back and shoulders are particularly prone due to sweating, sports bras, backpack straps and hair care residue. Lather the Body Wash generously, leave on for at least 30 seconds, apply with a back brush if needed. Then apply the lotion to still slightly damp skin.
Does the trio help with rough skin and small bumps on the upper arms (keratosis pilaris)?
For rough, bumpy skin on the upper arms and thighs, the combination of AHA Body Scrub and Clarifying Body Lotion is made for exactly this: the scrub dissolves keratinisation, the lotion's AHA complex keeps the skin smooth. Exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week, lotion daily. If symptoms persist, talk to your dermatologist.
Does the set help with razor bumps and ingrown hairs after body shaving?
Yes. The AHA Body Scrub dissolves dead skin flakes so regrowing hairs do not become ingrown, the Body Wash cleanses the pores, the lotion soothes. For the intimate area we recommend the Bye Bye Pickel Set with Glow Below Oil.
Which set is right for me: Clarifying Body Duo, Trio or Bye Bye Pickel Set?
Duo (Body Wash and Body Lotion): the entry point for the daily routine. Trio (Duo plus AHA Body Scrub): for rough skin, keratinisation and clogged pores. Bye Bye Pickel Set (Duo plus Glow Below Oil): if the intimate area and the time after shaving should also be cared for.
Is the trio suitable for sensitive skin?
Body Wash and Body Lotion were rated “very good” in the Dermatest patch test, 0 of 30 test subjects showed a skin reaction.* For very sensitive skin, use the scrub only once a week at first.
Can I use the trio on my face?
No. The three products are developed for body skin. Facial skin is thinner and needs products designed for it.
Do I need sun protection when using AHA and BHA?
Yes. Fruit acids make the skin more sensitive to light. Protect treated areas with sunscreen during the day, especially in summer and on the décolleté.
Can I use the set during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Pregnant and breastfeeding women were not included in the studies. Talk to your doctor or midwife before use.
Are the products vegan and where are they made?
All three products are vegan and made in Germany.
